Description
Home to critically endangered Sydney Turpentine Ironbark Forest (STIF) vegetation, the redevelopment of the Kirrawee brick pit balances residential and commercial needs with the protection of heritage values. The project integrates sustainable design to ensure long-term ecological and cultural preservation. A central park featuring an informal sports oval, amphitheatre, plaza, and inclusive playground informs a vibrant new public heart for the community.
