Crowle Gardens, Meadowbank
Description
Crowle Estate is a residential community located at the heart of Meadowbank.
The landscape is an integral part of the redevelopment of Crowle Estate, specifically as the design needed to compliment the existing heritage building located within the site, Tellaraga House, which dates from 1902. The intent, therefore, was to restore the landscape directly surrounding Tellaraga House to reflect the 1940’s period and integrate it with the new residential development.
The development also captures Public Art & substantial street scape upgrades which were delivered and negotiated with Ryde council.

- 35% tree canopy cover
- 250 trees planted
- 30% new communal open space
- 80% native planting
